Indomaret KBK App Overview
Indomaret KBK is an iPhone application developed by INDOMARCO PRISMATAMA PT, available for free in the Business & Productivity category. The app offers two main features:
1. Toko Prima: Allows store employees to become mystery shoppers in other stores to enhance the quality of the stores they visit. It fosters a sense of belonging by applying principles from one store to another.
2. Aku Siapp: Provides a platform for store employees to communicate directly with OPR HO in three categories - Operational (questions regarding store operations), Finance/BIC (reporting fraud and SOP violations), and Administration (related to goods, documents, and environmental aspects of the store).
